Erika McGoldrick is the Director of Event & Business Development, managing convention, military and wedding group business, as well as scheduling volunteers for Guardian Angels community outreach programs and developing new business and expanding Guardian Angels into new locations and opportunities. She started with Guardian Angels in 2010 as a sitter.
Erika moved to Daufuskie Island after college, then worked for Marriott International on Hilton Head Island for a number of years and eventually moved away, married, had three children moving back to the area twelve years ago.
Upon her return to Hilton Head Erika was a full time Mom and then went to work for the Beaufort County Schools, as a tutor, mentor and a Media Specialist in the elementary school.
In addition to spending time with her family and watching her children’s sporting events, Erika enjoys the beach, art and all things Carolina. She loves to follow USC, where one of her daughters is a student and is also a sitter for Guardian Angels.
Erika enjoys the daily interaction with all the Guardian Angels sitters and the new families they work with every day. Working with wedding parties and helping to take some of the pressure off their special day is always fun for Erika. The most rewarding part of her job is working with officers from their military groups, planning their retreats, special events and Marine Corps Balls. These officers are all extremely appreciative and thankful for Guardian Angels services. Providing child care for these officers and their families makes Erika’s job very fulfilling.

Rosemarie White is the Guardian Angels Social Media & Recruiting Specialist, who posts current information on the company's Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Google+ and Pinterest pages. She works diligently to connect the sitting service with the public by being interactive with friends and followers on social media. One can find testimonials of annual and daily members and established sitters regarding their experiences with Guardian Angels Sitting Service. To keep clients informed, a newsletter and profiles of recently hired sitters are also posted on these sites. Rosemarie takes special care of posting the most recent information in regards to children, pets, elderly, and their care. She posts family activities keeping friends and followers aware of Guardian Angels Sitting Service events in the areas of Charleston, Hilton Head, and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as well as Atlanta and Savannah Georgia. Rosemarie is in charge of finding the best possible sitter candidates through different online channels and social media sites. She also searches for job fairs and other opportunities for us to find qualified staff.
Rosemarie began her marketing career in 2005 with the Bring-A-Friend Department at the Marriott Fairway Villas at Seaview in Galloway Twp., NJ. She worked with Marriott Vacation Club Owners organizing get-a-ways for friends and family who would be introduced to timeshare ownership during their visit. She enjoyed her work experience with Marriott and was successful at her job. In 2006 she won the VIP award of the year. When the recession hit in 2007, the Marketing Department for The Villas in Galloway closed, and she took a job as a teller in a bank. While working two jobs as a single mom of one, she balances her time between work and home trying to make a better life for herself and son.
After being displaced by Hurricane Sandy in 2012, life took an unexpected turn and she found herself in search of extra income. Rosemarie reconnected with her Supervisor from the Marriott Vacation Club, who is co-owner of Guardian Angels Sitting Service, and she was offered the Social Media Associate position and gratefully accepted. Rosemarie works daily keeping things current on the social media pages. It pleases her to get responses from any postings because her goal is to help the sitting service grow and thrive through computer technology. She takes pride in her work and that responsibility.

Cynthia Kuchler is the Guardian Angels Staffing Manager who responsible for guiding new sitters through the application and screening process at Guardian Angels. She started working with Guardian Angels in the summer of 2014.
Cynthia lives in New Jersey with her husband in a small lake community. She has three grown children who are dispersed up and down the East Coast. Her youngest daughter is a sitter for Guardian Angels and currently resides in Charleston, SC. In addition to spending time with her family, Cynthia enjoys making hand-crafted metal and gemstone jewelry, millinery, soaking up the sun at the beach, and exploring Charleston.
Cynthia is dedicated to helping applicants move through the screening process as seamlessly as possible. She enjoys the connections she makes with each applicant and finds it rewarding when she is able to help the sitters become eligible to work with the families at Guardian Angels. Cynthia appreciates the assistance the sitters are able to provide to the families within the communities Guardian Angels serves.
